Ht. 5.2, Wt. 130 - for some reason i didnt lose any weight this week. i try to lose weight a healthy way this is what i do i eat a bowl of cerial for breakfast i eat school lunch and i always cut my desserts in half. i eat dinner at 4;30 and dont eat after 5 and drink tons of water.and have 2 hours of excersize. am i doing something wrong? and how much wight do u think i should lose.

you probably shouldn't eat school lunch, They usually aren't very healthy for you. Try bringing your lunch. and if you are going to have dessert it needs to be a low fat dessert. Like instead of having a brownie or something have south beach diet cookies (only the two of them in a package, not more) and instead of icecream of weight watchers ice cream bars or healthy choice ice cream.
