Ht. 5'4, Wt. 120 - NEVER EVER BUY LOW FAT OR FAT FREE FOODS. Why? Because you think it's helping you but it's NOT. For example, if you eat five fat free cookies, it would have been better to eat one REAL cookie. Try the 90/10 diet. It helped be go from a size 6 to a size 2! You eat 90% healthy foods - and then every day you can have one little bit of something you love (I always have a square of chocolate) just to keep you satisfied!

But if they drink two cans of that chocolate Slim Fast, it would've been better to have some of the REAL chocolate milk. The main thing is that why would you want an overload of something FAKE when you could have a regular portion of something REAL?
Reply from kelly, Age 12 - 09/25/05 - IP#: 69.21.43.xxx there are a lot of fat free foods that are healthy you just have to look at the nurtition facts and not be tricked by how it is labeled. like fat free miracle whip,fat free salad dressing, fat free ice cream, low fat cheese, fat free pudding, and a lot more. You just have to make sure that the fat free stuff doesn't have a ton more calories or carbs or sodium or sugar in it
