Ht. 5'2 1/2, Wt. 160 - : Today i ate 1/2 cup of cereal (corn Flakes no sugar) for lunch i ate 1 turkey sandwich no mayo just turkey with peaches sliced, and a apple. for dinner i ate a cup of white rice with fried chicken (my bad i ate one tiegh =( then i ate lettuce with tomtato together in a plate and now i ate half a sandwich with chesse and ketchup (litttle light butter). Did i eat healthy today? I really want to lose 20 pounds my first accomplish plz reply back!

And if the cheese on your sandwich wasn't light try light cheese next time or none because cheese contains a lot of fat. But it sounds pretty healthy to me. Make sure you exercise daily
