Ht. 5'3, Wt. 193 - i have a health issue right know with my weight, and i got an x-ray 2 days ago, and got thae reluts today and i have serious spine issues, my doctor says that my weight id to much for my back, i need help guys, i dont know what to do anymore, and my doctor also told me that my issuse can't be solve, ao my back will stay like this forever....i feel like crying right now but i not going too, i really needed help...i dont know what to do, i dont like to exerices because every times i dont sit ups my back starts to hurt, and i was on a diet, but then i stop agian for some werid reson :(...how should a diet go?

Okay switch to low fat and fat free foods. Like switch to 1% milk and then work your way down to skim milk, use 50% light cheese, fat free mayonnaise (I prefer fat free miracle whip. It has more flavor) and stuff like that. Don’t eat a lot of butter. Try using Butter Buds which are butter flavored granulates. You can find them in the seasonings section at the store. Eat high in fiber foods like whole wheat bread instead of white. Instead of eating regular pizza try frozen smartones or south beach diet pizzas. And instead of ice cream try south beach diet cookies and weightwatchers ice cream bars, weight watchers cake, healthy choice ice cream, no pudge ice cream bars, or skinny cow ice cream bars. They have a lot of desserts out there that aren’t that bad for you! Some things I find helpful is to eat a small salad with fat free dressing with lunch and dinner. It makes you more full when you go to eat your main meal. Don't eat too many sweets. Make sure you don't have soda or chips on a regular basis. Eat LOTS of fruits and vegetables. And drink A LOT of water! Exercise daily. You can walk, or you can run, or ride your bike, or swim. Whatever you choose to do make sure you exercise for at least an hour daily. If you want you can just walk for thrity minutes and then swim for a little while and then just do outside play like jumping on a trampoline or playing basketball. weigh yourself every week and keep track of your weight. if you feel like snacking try drinking flavored water to satisfy your sweet tooth. Pay attention to portion sizes. If the serving size is one cup, don't have more than one cup. Portion sizes are one of the most important things in dieting. And remember to have faith in yourself. If you get yourself down it'll be ten times harder. And also remember to let go every once in a while and eat something that isn't in your diet! Good luck!

Ok just relax...If you are playing on the computer make sure you always have a water by your side!! Make sure mom and dad dont buy anything but fruits and veggies! For breakfest and lunch just eat those! For dinner eat chicken, no butter, no ranch or ketchup, and No bread on it! And for a side dish have brocli with no cheese or anything!! it should work...if you start cravin something sweet or salty, grab a water and have mom make you a smoothie with no sugar added!!!!! I HOPE IT WORKS!!!!!!!

I used hate exercise som much but it gets easier after you lose weight. Plus if you keeping on exercising there'll be a breakthrough point when it becomes fun

hi, i was once 186 pounds but i went on a strict diet for 7 months and now i weigh 137 pounds. i ate a lot of healthy foods and lifted weights and went on the tredmill every day. dont try any crazy diets and drink a LOT of water. remember that the faster you loose weight the easier it is to gain it back
