Ht. 4'11, Wt. 128 - hey i need help loseing weight..im a good 20 pounds or 15 pounds over weight..i feel very uncomfortable aroud people...please give me any workouts that dont take a lot of time...b.c. it seems im really busey between school, friends, family and most important dancing and cheerleading..please help me!

listen you do not weigh much more than i do i weigh 125 but a good way to lose weight is just to exersise more and do notr drink cokes.

if u do cheerleading and dancing then umm ur very active and u shouldnt be fat... try drinking more water.

u r not fat just keep in shape u dont have 2 lose wieght drink lots of water
