Ht. 5'2", Wt. 153 - Here is what I ate today... Breakfast- bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats with 1% milk Lunch- Turkey sandwich (mustard, pepper jack cheese, light miracle whip, and turkey)and a cottage double(cottage cheese with a fruit sauce to put on it, 120 cals. and 3 grams of fat)with water. How did I do? What should I do to make it better? Please post and thanks soooo much if you did!

Well, please tell me what to think anways and I'll try harder tomorrow. Good luck with your diets even though mine isn't really working out!
