Ht. 5' 6, Wt. 147 - I'm so annoyed with myself! whenever I promise myself that i will limit down junk food and excercise more there always ends up being junk food around and then i eat it and i'm so busy with school that I don't have that much time for excercise. basketball is ending very soon but I would like to start volleyball. does anyone have any tips to not binge and manage my time better so I do have time for excercising?

yeah! tell your self how mush of a better life you have, like on a calendar just put on your goal date *** a new better life starts today*** and you wrk toward that. hope this helps

That happens to me all of the time too! That is why I gain back everything I lose, which really sucks. I have been telling myself that I deserve a better life. I hope this helps you!
