Ht. 5'3", Wt. 156 - I have a really good suggestion. Well actually I am trying it now. Anyways, get a folder and put your stats in it and track your progress and keep a food and excersize journal. Then get an old magazine you don't want anymore and cut out pictures of people who are thin and weightloss articles. Whenever you feel discouraged go back to the magazine clippings and instant motivation. Hope it helps! Oh, and Samantha, I just went on weightwatchers.com and it is really cool! I did the workout they had for women.

Hey thats a really good idea but what if your at school and your tempted to eat junk food? What do u do then? Well my friend Monkia and I though of something and like if your tempted to eat junkfood just keep a some song or riddle like "If you want to eat Junk like that, you will be FAT FAT FAT!!!" lol. That turned me down from junkfood for a while. Try it!
