Ht. 5'4'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - i woke up at 1130 cause i was up til 230 last night, so no breakfast. 50 min, intense cardio, 500 crunches, water. snack-banana. lunch-bowel of frosted mini wheats, with very litte milk, yogurt. dinner-lean turkey on wheat bread with mustard. with water. INPUT PLEAAAAASE!

I feel horrible being over 200 lbs i couldnt take it anymore. when im working out and i want to stop like half way through, i just think of all the people that made have made fun of me. Im scared that i might get diabetes and i KNOW i do NOT want to die early so i just keep pushing myself yah know? eating, isnt really like a BIG deal too me, i have my times jus like every one else but most of the time i have control on that. we could be diet buddies, your around the same weight as me :)
