Ht. 5'5'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - Today i only consumed about 500 calories, and i burned 500 calories at the gym. so afer dinner i ate one of those really small kid size bag of hot cheetoes and some popcorn and half a diet dr pepper, cause i wanted to make sure i got some calories in. is this ok?

Reply from Britney, Age 16 - 04/05/06 - IP#: 209.158.139.xxx 500 calories isnt enough at all you should at least have a 1,000 calories a day. 500 calories isnt healthy I advuse you to eat more calories but they dont have to be junk food calories if you only eat 500 calories and then burn it off you could slow down your metabolism and not lose weight at all so eat more healthy calories and continue exercising . After burning calories you don't need to think that you need to eat something with alot more calories to get some for the day. Just eat the right food (apples,bananas,peaches...ect...) and you will intake some calories but they are good for you. And you will feel alot better about yourself, and you will feel stronger and happier if you eat the right stuff instead of eating junk food. And hey if you can cut out soda that would make a world of difference..Trade it for water. Just Good Luck and Keep It Going! :)
