Ht. 5'8, Wt. 150 - Hey i was wanting to ask people a really fast way you can loose weight.. cuz like i have lately been running 2 miles to 6 miles a day.. i haven't had pop for a week and 2 or 3 days... and i have been workin out... do you have any good healthy food idea's neone?!?! cuz i am having truble with that cuz my parents keep getting junk food when i tell them not to.. and i want to find things to eat with no junk food.. cuz i want to loose about 25 to 30 pounds by may 18th or something like that!! so please help me!!!!thank you!

yeah what terasa said only....if they wont help u out and buy the stuff for u......buy it urself! maybe then ur parents will get the idea that ur serious!! if they dont then oh well.

Thats a huge goal LoL! Try getting lots of fruits, like strawberrys, grapes, melon, bananas, ect, and cut them up and put them in a bowl and freeze em. they take longer to eat, and are really yummy! Switch your deserts from pie, cake, cookies ect too popsicles. you can get fat free kind with little calories, just dont go overboard! Try petzels as a substitution of chips, just dont have too much because they have alot of salt! Also try apple sauce and you can get 10 calorie jello cups! Hope this helps, good luck, you can do it!
