Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Breaky-Oatmeal, water. Lunch-Sandwich, apple, 40cal yogurt, water. Snack-Fruit. Dinner-Peanutbutter on crackers, Tuna Sandwich, water. Hmm you just eat the sandwitch and eat the apple later for like a snack or something. Samething with the peanut butter thing and the sandwich, eat it separitely.
