Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 176.4 - OKay today : breakfast-lowfat muffun and yogurt/ lunch- tuna kit and pudding/snack a bana with peanut butter/ dinner- a very very small bowl of pasta marinar, a serving of fish, and a salad. plus earlier i had like 1 piece of raisin bread and 100 cal goldfish. input??

what's a tuna kit? tuna is grosssssso. banana with peanut butter eh? sounds intersting. good job on eating. but tuna is grrrrrroooooossso!

i'd say you did great- maybe just a tad bit more fruits and veggies since you only had 2-3 servings- but wae- def got the protien down and a good/low amount of calories. good job!
