Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - Hey everyone. I am in big trouble. i feel so bad. Last year I weighted 160lbs and went all the way to 145. some how i last week I made it all the way back to 160lbs. i feel so fat and i feel like i can not do anything.if anyone has any good ideas on how to help me give up junk food and any good work outs please let me know. thanks

I got down all the way to 130 and after awhile slowly made my way all the way up to 151, which was the weight I started at two years ago! :( Now I'm at 149 and I really want to get back down to 130, it would make me feel so much better.
