Ht. 5*9, Wt. *** - Anne,i've got a guestion, you said you need to get at least 60g of protein each day for your muscles, and since i've been doing a lot of strength training, i need to do that. especially because it goes with the curves guidlines. any help? like what foods? & how i can get all that protein within my day? you sound like you really know what your doing lol. great job by the way =] i feel like i can relate to you & it really seems that you are losing weight, and have a good plan. thanks! -Sage

Reply from anne, Age 19 - 04/08/06 - IP#: 131.229.170.xxx thanks- you're doing a great job too. the egg white are a great start- basically you just have to look up the nutrition in some foods- mainly meat, eggs, and nuts are great sources of protien, but there are other sources as well such as tofu and beans. go to www.caloriesperhour.com to look up nutritional analysis on many foods- i do that for my day's foods to see my fiber, fat, protien, and calorie intake. good luck and thanks
