Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 176.4 - Okay so my day so far was a bit screwd up but i think generally healthy: breakfast: two lowfat Boca soy sausages and a 2 whole grain fat free pancakes from a mix with a drizzle of syrup, cantelope/ lunch: a cup of chicken and rice soup (w/ veggies) and a banana w/ peanut butter/dinner: pasta w/bean,tomatoes,and broccoli/ salad/ and a cupckae (bad i know) input?

you did great- it's okay because the upcake fit into your caloric needs

That is great! Plus it is good to give yourself a sweet or something during your diet to keep it interesting!

That sounds good, not to high in calories, and your giving your body carbs and other stuff it needs so it doesnt hold onto the fat. good job :)
