Ht. 5'2, Wt. 124 - Hey well I lost 13.5lbs over the summer in 6 weeks before my vacation and I was so very proud of myself. I was eating right, exercising and feeling great. Unfortunately over the winter I have gained about 5lbs of it back and and am back to my horrible eating habbits. I eat very well for breakfast and lunch but then either between lunch and dinner or between dinner and bed I pig out. I don't start out that way. I'll have a small little snack. Then i'll still be hungry and eat something else but once again small. Then I'm still hungry and will snack on something else. Eventually i realize that i messed up big time and totally ruined all of my work for that day and decide since i already messed up just to keep eating. I never feel good after I eat and I don't know why i do it. Since it's getting nice out again i'm working out a bit more with my boyfriend which is nice but i'd really like to be doing cardio 3 times a week. Can please anyone give me some advice how to get back into eating right and exercising sreiously. I would like to loose another 10-15lbs before June 1st. Also my main area of concern is my stomach and the sides. Any exercises people would reccommend?? Thanks goodluck everyone

HI first of all congrats for loosing all of that weight that must have been really hard ... I think that a easy work out that helps me a whole lot is walking right after i eat a meal also i to have horrible eating habits right after lunch and befor dinner.. what i try to do is gulp down a bottle of water when i get hungary cold water burns calories.. well thx for inspiring me :)
