Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Breaky-small serving of Oatmeal and 1 peice of wheat toast. water. Workout-60 min eliptical (burned 700) 10 min stairmaster(burned 100) and about 600 crunches.water. Lunch-Lean turkey on wheat bread with mustard and lettuce. with grapes, and strawberrys. water. Later for din. im going to have a Chicken veggie burger and 1/2 can of veggies with some more water. Reply from Izzy, Age 13 - 04/10/06 - IP#: 68.46.182.xxx no, it's done like yoga only MUCH more calorie burning. it sounds pathetic but it REALLY WORKS! check out www.kathysmith.com and u can check out her video or take a class. also go to www.prevention.com and buy the belly, but, and thighs workout that's what i did it's comin this week, we can do it together and help manage our progress!

Reply from Izzy, Age 13 - 04/10/06 - IP#: 68.46.182.xxx k teresa well pilates [pronoued p-late' (like the letter p and late the coffe)] is a type of exercise that strengthens and tones your "powerhouse" or "core" it sort of builds a bit od muscle too. your "powerhouse" is your lower body, which is abs, butt, hips, and thighs. it is really great and not strengous tha much. when u start out it hurts, but aftr a while it gets easuer! plus i burn 93 cal for 20 min, not bad eh! :)
