Ht. 5'7, Wt. s:185 c:154 g:150 - I'm doing ok today...heres how i did. I know my lunch is kinda screwed up, but its because today is my let yourself go a little day. Breakfast: Small bowl of organic rice checks and soy milk. Lunch:Tuna on wheat bread and a bosco stick *its a breadstick with mozz cheese inside*. Snack: Non-fat plain yogurt and granola and a pumpkin bar *organic and has flaxseed oil in it*. Dinner: A couple of bites of chicken salad, and a tiny bit of potato salad. Howd i do? Remember i don't normally eat like this, and i had lots of water today. Thanks!

that is awesome! you should try eating like that more often! soon, you wont crave the sugary foods as much! and you wont feel so bad if you have a little bit! great job! keep it up!

make sure all mayonaise you use is fat free..its a killer when it comes to losing weight because even jsut a bit can pack on a tonnnn of calories
