Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - So far today i think i did good..Breaky-5 strawberrys, 20 grapes. Lunch-lean meat on wheat bread, 1 serving of pretzels. Lotss of water. Workout-30 min eliptical. 400 crunches. 30 min of dancing. (later on) Snacks: Light yogurt. Small Apple with peanut butter. Dinner-Grilled cheese (wheat bread and 2% cheese with veggies) What do you think?

good. have a yogurt w/breaky though. i'm not sure if i'll have time to exercise today, but i figure since i haven't eaten bad and its the last day of spring break i'm gonna let it go. i'll be back in routine tomorrow. and i have to wear my summer uniform. wish me luck! :)
