Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - This is what i plan for today. I am writing it down, so i can see and go by it throughout my day, cause ive been binging and adding food at the end of my day. please reply, and tell me if i should change anything. THANKS! :D. Breaky-Light yogurt, small peice of cantalope. Lunch- small salad with lemon juice and sandwich. Snack-[5]strawberys and another peice of cantalope. Dinner-Veggie Burger and celery with a little bit of peanut butter. all water. im going to walk to my moms, thats about a 30-40 minutes walk both ways? Since i am up really early im also going to stretch and do some crunches/situps/dancing. please let me know if i should change something beforehand! thanks!!!! :D GOOD LUCK x3

you need to eat more. more protien and believe it or not, more fiber- melon and salads are great- but if you calculate it on www.caloriesperhour.com it's not enough

No that actually sounds like a really good diet plan i might try that but everything sounds good what your doin I odnt think you should change anything but just see how it works for you and just post the results when they start to happen :)!!!
