Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Breakfast: oatmeal, juice Lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread, jello cup, 2 crackers with cheese. It was a 4 pack, but I went for 2. Dinner: roast beef and chedder sandwich & 5 piece nugget. That was pretty lousy, but that was what Mom had brought home, so I really had no choice with that. I don't think I'm going to eat anymore this evening; it depends on if I'm feeling famished after my walk...hehe. Another bad one, no water yet today, but besides the juice, I've had diet pop.
