Ht. 6'0, Wt. 218 - ok i think i figured out a plan to stick to...i wanna lose 80-100 pounds by next year...i wanna lose 2-3 pounds a week and about 8-10 pounds a month by eating right and walking/running a mile 3 times a week and doing cardio or pilates every monday threw thursday plus volleyball and p.e....do you think this is a good plan?...tips please THANKS!

118 pounds would be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to low for u u at ur height u have to be at LEAST 130 lbs

It sounds good to me! The whole mile thing, you might find that you can do even more. My mom and I started our walking program Saturday, April the 8th; we might have started out with half a mile to a mile. Anyways, we are already up to 2 miles each day. :) It's not too bad, and if you can find yourself a walking buddy, that would be great. Once you start talking...and walking...(hehe), time seems to pass by so quickly. Anyways, I'm sure you can succeed with your goals, and best of luck! :)
