Ht. 5'5'', Wt. (=]) - So this is today please tell me how i did. Breakfast-some fruit(we were out of everything else). Lunch-Fat Free HotDog, orange, and dannon light n' fit yogurt (only like 60 something calories) Snacks-peanut butter on a peice of wheat bread. &oatmeal bar (130 calories) Dinner-Veggie Burger and some veggies. I drank alot of water too. How do you think i did?

Good job!!! I'm not sure about the water thing, like the other person mentioned. Anyways, it appears like you did great today, and eating veggies is always wonderful. :D

Well.... that depends did you drink water while you were eating... if you did you need to stop while you drink...but if you didnt i think you did a good job... the reason you dont want to drink water while you eat because it will weigh the food down in your stomach or something like that not for sure but my health teacher was talkin and said that you need to drink at least one glass of water 15 minutes before you eat and 15 minutes after to clean your system and it has been working for me... just try it
