Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I NEED A BIT OF INPUT HERE GUYS! Since my last post got no input lol. Tommorow I am wiping this bad weekend of food clean. BREAKFAST-Honey Nut Cherrios with 2 percent milk. LUNCH-Ham & Cheese Sandwhich on wheat w/ a granola bar and water. DINNER- W/E my dad makes in a really small portion OR baked skinless chicken breast, can of string beans and 1 cup of minute rice. Water all day, two snacks (fruit cups or whole fruit). As for exercise, Riding my stationary bike for 30 minutes and playing DDR until I burn 500-600 cals...the time always varies lol. INPUT...PLEASE!

Honestly, i dont think you should worry too much about the milk. I drink 2% too with my cereal (or eat if you want to put it that way lol) and it doesnt make you gain weight because its not that much milk. Your plan sounds great, great job on the excersize. you can do it!!! GOOD LUCK!

yea maybe 1% milk or skim would make it even better

that sounds like a really good plan! the only thing i would do differently is have low-fat or non-fat milk with your cereal. anyways, keep up the good work!
