Ht. 5'5'', Wt. (=]) - Okay so this is today. PLEASE INPUT..ive been doing really bad. Breakfast-Bowl of Special K cereal with 2% (not very much milk though). Snack1-5 strawberrys. Lunch-turkey on wheat bread and mustard and dannon light n' fit yogurt. Snack2-peanut butter on peice of wheat bread. Dinner-Veggie Burger with veggies. ALL WATER. EXCERSIZE-1 hour walk and excersize tape. Please tell me how i did, what to add or take out..thanks!!!!!!!!

ok breakfast-oatmeal lunch-nothing dinner-chicken salad. excercize-1 hour pilates i was just wondering how all of you can eat a mid morning snack? are all of you home schooled? cause were not allowd to eat in class...if i lose weight will i still have stretch marks? my mom says i wont because im still young but idk? howd i do? please reply THANKS<3
