Ht. 5'4.5'', Wt. 146 - How do yall think ive done so far?
Breakfast; Light whole wheat french toast with sugar free syrup with half a cup of berries and 2 glasses of water.
Snack: Whey protein bar with half a cup of peaches in light syrup with sweet n low and another 2 glasses of water.
Lunch: Ligh mac and cheese *whole wheat pasta* with a cup of mixed greenbeans and carrots and a side salad with fat free ceasar.

I think you're doing great! The best thing to do is eat yummy foods that are still good for you, then you don'y crave sweets! Good job on all the water too!
