Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - I hate this whole trying to lose weight thing. I was doing really well, I got down below 200lbs and then I went on this sweet binge and have been on it for the past couple months, gaining back all the weight I lost, putting me at 210lbs. That's it, I'm fed up with being this way. Starting right now, I'm changing my habits, eating and working out. Anyone have tips on what I should be eating? Like a daily meal plan? I'm pretty good on the working out part, just the food I need to get a hold of. It's hard because I'm around it all day and it doesn't help that I get free food at work every day, which consists of sweets and fried foods. I'd really like to lose 50-75 pounds by a year from now. Do you think that's possible? Sorry this is so long, I've just been really stressing about the whole weight thing and finally decided to take a stand and get in under control. Thanks for listening and good luck to everyone.

Of course you can do it! Just eat a bit better and exersize and guaranteed you WILL lose weight. You don't have to completely change everything you eat. Just start by making better choices when you're about to eat and you'll feel proud of yourself for it!
