Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - Just want to know how I did today... Breakfast: A banana Snack: Fat Free yogurt Lunch: turkey sandwich in whole wheat bread, with lettace and mustard and pickles Dinner: A Lean Cuisene thing, which was only 240cals. Snack: a banana & a class of fat free milk. I rode a half mile on my excersise bike in the morning, planning on doing more tonight. I wasn't able to work out much, since I had a lot of homework to do. So, how did I do?

Pick a different fruit instead, bananas are one of the fattest fruits. strawberrys are really good too, and for 5 theres only about 25 calories, well a banana has 110.

Banana's seem to keep me fuller for a longer time. Plus they're yummy. :)

wow awesome! yeah i know exercise is a real pain in the a$$ but i joined a sports team sop i have softball mon, wed, and thursday and on tues and fri i try to do at least 20 min of pilates. good on variety, except, why have a banana 2x a day? anyways good job! :)

I think you did pretty good, i would say just to get a bit more exercise in there
