Ht. 5'6", Wt. 200-210 - ok, today for breakfast ihad a bowl of oatmeal cereal and a banana.for lunch i had a handful of grapes, 6 baby carrots, and a banana.for dinner im having a turkey sandwich and probably some more carrots and maybe an orange.i also had 4 bottles of water today.exercise wise, i went 30 minutes on a stationary bike and i did 50 pushups and 100 situps. i know that it isnt that much, but it was my first day and i am going to increase how much i do each day.if you do too much the first day then u might over do it and get injured.so anyway how did i do?
Reply from Izzy, Age 13 - 05/01/06 - IP#: 68.46.182.xxx hey cris! well yeah u did really great, except for lunch try adding a yogurt, protein shake, or small salad/sandwhich to go with your fruit. and don't overdo exercise with ur knee, but yeah awesome first day!
