Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I think i've done pretty good for today. Breakfast-A microwaveable Sausage,Egg and Cheese biscuit w/ oj & fruit. Lunch- A bowl of a frosted flakes (THEY ARE FAT FREE lol). Dinner we are having a corned beef brisket w/ cabbage. So my plate is going to be very small..and dessert an apple. All water all today. Playing DDR until I burn 850-900 cals and I might ride my bike or go on a walk after dinner..How did I do????

I think so, ive been doing it for about 5 months and i've lost almost 30 pounds...not where I wanna be but hey, its a start lol!

on ddr does it tell you how many calories you burn or do you just guess? j/w THANKS
