Ht. 5'1", Wt. 210 - I'm in school, it's 3rd period and I have to share how well I'm doing today. Breakfast:small yogurt and 1 blueberry waffle. Snack: small bag of original whole-grain SunChips and a Lemon Propel Fitness Water (it's only about 3 calories per serving, and it tastes like non-carbonated Sprite.)
For lunch I'll see if there are any subs left and I'll eat it with mustard, not mayo!
This is my first day trying to lose weight and I'm feeling really good. Go me! :)

Great job, just keep it up and youll be your goal weight in no time :D Also just wanted to say, dont depend on chips too much, any kind of chips. You may not realize it but some have a lot of fat in them, when there "low fat" or whatever. 2/3 cups of banana chips have just as much of fat as a big mac. so like alternate that snack of processed food with a fruit. and make sure to drink lots of water. you DID GREAT for your first day :D
