Ht. 5'9, Wt. 160 - ok, so im only gonna say this once. calories are calories. it doesnt matter if you eat 500 calories in skittles or in bananas, its all the same. yes, its important to eat fruits and veggies, but a calorie is the same no matter what. and whether a fat is healthy or not, its still a fat. just because u make something with olive oil instead of butter, the fat and cals still count. thats all.

NO IT'S NOT THE SAME, that's hwat caused me from losing weight before i cutback but ate alll refined sugar foods, but when i started eating balanced the weight just dropped off, because if ur not eating and balanced have to much refined food ur gonna get hungry easier, and ur metabolism will go slower. SO UR TOTALLY WRONG

Not true. Weight can also depend on what kinds of carbs and fats you eat. trans fats vs. monounsaturated, good carbs vs. bad carbs. It all matters.
