Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:260 FG:180 UG:130 - Well I got my dad to get my fruits and Monday I start my new plan. Breakfast- Bowl of cereal w/ a granola bar. Lunch- Tuna sandwhich w/ water (Eggs are in the tuna so thats protein). Dinner- Fruit salad w/ loads of water. Snacks- Granola Bar or Piece of fruit. Next month I start a whole different thing. I'm trying for 7-10 pounds lost by May 31st, it's pushing it. I know but i'm trying really hard. Wish me LUCK! :) Good luck to everyone else.

Hey i usually do what you do make a plan and all that, but i think you should just go with the flow and just make sure you make good choices, instead of doing the same exact thing every single day. or the night before every day write down what your gonna eat the next day and it doesnt always have to be the same. this seems to be working alot better for me. good luck!
