Ht. 5'2 ish, Wt. 160ish - So i hope to lose 30 pounds by august-Totally realistic goal. Today has been--ok. For breakfast i had a granola bar and orange juice. Lunch granola bar pudding juice. Snack 1/2 of a muffin and a little juice. Dinner I am going to have an english muffin pizza and fruit. the total is about 1200 calories. I need to excersie though Im thinking...basketball and jump rope then maybe a walk later.
Reply from Becky, Age 15 - 05/15/06 - IP#: 68.191.160.xxx I would try eating something healthier from lunch. Maybe a sandwhich on wheat bread. Weight Watchers bread is good also. But a granola bar and pudding for lunch isn't the healthiest thing in the world.

Reply from sara, Age 13 - 05/15/06 - IP#: 71.212.85.xxx Juice, One gass of juice is like eating 5 or 6 peices of friut plus a lot of the time there is added sugar, and when you have dinner dont have that extra english muffin with it have more friut or maybe a veggie instead , (instead of juice just drink water maybe a little milk of ice with little or no sugar.
