Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 c 140 - ok this is what i ate today
i nkow its not toally healthy but i didnt eat too many clories today
half of a type of bread-75
1/2 of oj-45
2 chicken strips- 200
1/4 a cup of ice cream-90
1 soda-150
Lemon chicken at a chinese resturant- 300
that all adds up to 860 alories

first of all, diet soda is nottttt healthier! sorry, just had to put that in there. Secondly, you need to eat more calories. You're starving your body and you may even gain weight if you don't give your body at least what it NEEDs to function properly. You're depriving your body. Also, yes, eat more veggatables.

yeah you need more vegetables and fruit..and instead of regular soda, drink diet, its more healthy but soda is still not too good though
