Ht. 5 4, Wt. 175 - Hey every one. I ahve been planning on losing weight for a wile but I ahve never made the dive in. Well, I have a big dance coming up in 23 days and found an awsome dress, only problem, Ive got too much gut. I figure is I lose about 10,9,8 pounds Ill look better. I know what excersises to do to lose weight but what should i do just to focus on the stomach? Running?Cardio? Ab workouts? Thankx

low-carb diet- preferably south beach. melts away belly fat first

running is great, you should do workout tapes, like i do denise austin kickboxing wrkouts..then do pilates for your abs..its awesome! i have the windsor pilates ab workout dvd and it works really well!
