Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - thanks jenna! yes i know pilates is for toning but i was tired cuz i got my pms so i couldn't do much else, i do cardio and weight-lifting. food today:breakfast: lowfat muffin, yogurt, fat free choc milk/snack:bag of lowfat cookies/lunch:1/2 a ham and cheese sandwhich, no mayo cole slaw, sigar free pudding/snack: handful of dark choc almonds and 1 gram cracker/exercise: 1hr 45min softball game/dinner:lean cusine pasta, spinach, a bit of bread, and strawberries in pudding. good?

clow slay is mayo it is so fatning and low fat cookies still have alot of sugar and muffins are the worst there like cup cakes but more carby unless it is bran muffin ,more fruit and veggies!
