Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255 G:180 UG:130 - Can someone help me please? I want to lose 55 pounds by September, i'm doing really good on my eating but I don't think its good enough. I WANT TO LOSE 6 POUNDS BY THE END OF THIS MONTH. My friend suggested that I fast but I don't know about that. I want to try hard enough to lose 15 pounds a month, it can be done but I need a perfect eating plan. If my meals aren't planned then I wind up slipping into fatty foods and junk. BREAKFAST's- Fruits, wheat toast w/ milk. LUNCH-Salad. DINNER-Veggie Buger with a salad. 10 glasses of water a day. And 1-2 hours of exercise everyday, no rest days. CAN THIS BE DONE..please help...if anyone wants to be a diet buddy IM me on AIM @ STYLiSTiK MAMi x ---spaces and all but not the ---'s THANKS and please help me :)

Don't fast. You need to eat in order to stay healthy! those seem like good meals. It's possible, just don't give up and give into fat foods. You seem really determined, and believe me your determination will get you far! just keep working your butt off and you will be 55 lbs lighter by September...and even if you're not and you lose some lbs. That's still awesome! Good Luckk!
