Ht. 5'5, Wt. 206 - Hi.. I'm Michele and 17. I weigh 206 lbs and I would like to lose 20 lbs before my 18th b-day whick is 4th if July. I exercise pretty good. I walk mile a day and do exercise tape Mon, Wed, and Fri. I do weight lifts Tues, Thurs, and Sat. all I really need to work on is my eating. I don't know what kinds of food to eat for each meal so please tell me some suggestions. thanks

there are a lot of good tips if you browse around this site. in the school section you can see which foods are healthy. If you eat those foods in good amounts then you'll lose weight!
