Ht. ??, Wt. overweight - hey guys..i just need lots of advices from you.
today..i was supposed to start my diet.. during lunch..i had about 1000calories..i was at my boyfriend's place..
but just as i returned home,i went straight to the fridge..
and had spaghetti and lots of beacon and eggs!!
now im feeling so damn guilty..
help me..WHAT CAN I DO TO PREVENT MYSELF FROM EATING THAT MUCH??

instead of eating TONS AND TONS of calories chew gum or drink water with flavoring (not propel tht stuff sucks) like right now i could be eating oreos but instead im drinking water with fruit punch pflavoring and it doesnt have any calories! just keep something in your mouth instead of fatty foods!:)

when yo first start your diet, it will be hard to not overeat. but just tell yourself you don't need all te food. it gets really easy after the first week
