Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200-210 - Ok, so today I started eating healthy, exercising, etc.Eating healthy is no problem. Exercise is where it's bad for me. I'm athletic, though I didn't play any sports this year, I lift weights, I have a lot of muscle, but I have no stamina. I have a treadmill and stationary bike at my house. I have no stamina on the treadmill.I try the couch to 5k plan.Maybe it's since I haven't ran in forever, but I do the first 10 minutes of it and my legs hurt and I'm tired. The problem with the stationary bike is that it's too easy unless I have it on the hardest level of it, and then I can only do it like 10 minutes straight at the max.Any opinions, tips, etc?I'd like to maybe swap emails with someone who has lost some weight and can help me out, or something.Well, I'm out. I'm going outside to mess around. It's better than sitting at the computer. Even things like going outside is better than sitting on the couch all day.Someone reply.I'm done typing.

Try out walking. Set yourself goals with it as well, such as try to walk 1 mile one day, and then when you get used to that, go to 2 miles, and then 3...so on. The good thing about walking around here is that it is a really hilly area, so many you can find yourself a place similar to that. You can do the same on the treadmill. It sounds to me like you are getting bored with all of the stuff. Try to listen to music when walking on the treadmill or walking outside. It helped me a lot.
