Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201.5 - I need some advice on working out. I already try to go for walks 15-25 minutes a day, and I do 20 push ups and 25 sit ups as well. I don't do this every day, but I try. I feel that I don't do enough of the muscle training stuff. I would like to know if you guys think this is enough for every day, and/or what else I should do????

Reply from Paige, Age 13 - 06/06/06 - IP#: 70.127.134.xxx you should try to maintain an everyday basis of excercize. if you have a pool go swim laps for about 20 minutes of each stroke it really helps your arms and legs. Butterfly works your arms the most mine kill after a long swim. Also if you have a trampoline go on that for 20 minutes a day when i go on mine i work on my tucks and layouts for cheerleading and you get a good sweat in. Also do your walk of 25 minutes a day, plus some situps, jumping jacks, push ups, and other heart pumping excercizes. One more thing. if your watching tv then at commercials just stretch or do excercize its a great way to get excercize in during your fave. show.
