Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - welcome to strickt dieting. i eat 2 specal k bars (1 breakfast 1 lunch) and a regular (suger free fat free) meal for dinner. and any drink i want (water, water, and 5 calorie flavered (sodium free) water) anything i should change add anything take away anything oh and the 3+ miles of jogging a day. sound good?

i guess your like me and hate eating breakfast right? well i drink a breakfast anytime with all the nutrients of a whole meal. i dont care about the carbs and calories cause i work them off during the day! then for lunch take your special K bar but try to work in a fruit or some veggies other than that great work =)

Eat more for BREAKFAST!!! You're hurting your body. Losing weight is not so important that you become unhealthy. Do it thr right way and the weight will stay off.
