Ht. 5'7, Wt. 272 idk - today I ate badly but tell me what i did wrong and how i can improve well i woke up at 130 and ate 1 sauage and a half and i drunk 2-3 cups of kool-aide 2 day/ i had a egg some crakers about 12-20 and i just ate a potato with butter and a pinch of salt and 2 pieces of chicken which i barley touch1!!

Drink a lot of water and avoid sugary drinks like any pop (especially diet) and koolaid. Put it down to one skinless chicken if you must eat meat. Sausage...not so bad, but potato is solid starch. Try veggies like corn or beets, and fruits. Triscuits are better crackers for you because they taste good but they are high in fiber.
