Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hi everyone. I just found this site today, and I think it looks like theres a huge amount of support here. My names Delilah, I'm 16 and weigh almost 180 pounds. I'm 5'7. I've been on diets and lost a good amount of weight, but like i'm sure you all know, diets get boring. I can never seem to stay on one. Now once again, summer is here and I really don't look forward to going to the beach with my 120 pound friend. I'm sick of not being able to wear cute things because i look so heavy in them. I just really need some help to get fit this summer. Can you guys suggest some diets that have worked for you and gave you some great results? Oh also, does anyone know a good workout for your underarms [you know, the terrible flab!] I was thinking pushups probably work? I just want to shape them up so I can wear tank tops and stuff. I look forward to talking to you guys. Any advice is greatly appreciated =] Thanks so much! 3 Delilah

That means making real changes in your life that you can stick with and that won't get boreing. Changes like limiting sweets, not drinking soda, drinking lots of water, eating smaller portions, getting active and over all being a healthy person!! It really works in the long term if you just get used to eating healthy and not used to the "diet" your on. Also for under arm flab I got a set of 5lbs weights on Sunday and I've been useing them every day on my arms and I'm already starting to see a little differene in my arms. So I sugest light weights for that flab. YOu can lose weight and keep it off you just have to do it right!! good luck!!
