Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - I did so terrible today. I had to work for 13 1/2 hours, and the only food thst was available was junk. I did ok, until about 4:30. In the morning I got up and ate 75 calories of Kix, lunch 1 1/2 pieces of french toast with a little maple syrup, snack a piece of watermelon and a handful of animal crackers, 4:30 snack:: a cupcake, serving of chips with dip, two rolls. Dinner: stuffed shrimp covered in butter and lots of it. Dessert: chocolate chips, a cookie, a tortilla covered in butter, some vegetables (i was feeling guilty) .. and I didn't stop eating until 10:30. I still am not full..but I know that I am hydrated because my pee is clear. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I did sooo well for three days, I actually felt more confident, and then I let one little thing get to me and I splurge! I don't know what to do- I think tomorrow I'm going to walk five miles or something. I feel terrible.

its okay for one day but make sure you dont eat anything too fatty for the rest of this week. be sure to excersize but down worry about it just forget about that day happened and keep moving along with your diet DONT give up and be like oh well i ate one day so it doesnt matter anymore. just keep moving like it never happened. and work on your control :] GOOD LUCK
