Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Alrighty. [Breakfast] A bowl of cheerios [Lunch] A lean cuisine sandwich, and a bowl of grapes [Snack] A granola bar [Dinner] A salad, steamed vegetables, and a veggie burger. [Exercise] Danced for 45 minutes, Walked the dog for 35 minutes, Worked out with weights, Did my usual crunches,pushups,cardio. [Water]12345 glasses [Yes,I'm counting. I didn't have 12,345 glasses of water! Haha] So how did I do today? My total calories were 1,095. Hope you are all doing well! Oh and by the way, WHATS WITH ALL THE FIGHTING LATELY? That sounds very healthy to me you did great!!! But you know what? You should take in a couple hundred more calories. Give yourself a little treat tommorow. =)
