Ht. 5'4, Wt. 195 - so im starting my diet today and my excercises tomorrow.. for excercising im just planning on running in the morning and at nite and i need to do excercises to loose my " back fat" can anyone givvee me some tips for that and any other way to excercise at home with out goin to the gym and oh yeah a excercise to tighten my stomach thanks bunches

ya its this random thing i saw in a magazine its kinda hard but after u do it for a wile it gets easy. what you do si stand on one leg. then the leg that your not standing on u lift it (your leg) up above your back. then your take a 3-10 pound weight in each hand. the trick is to lift the weights up and try it ballence ,and also keep your back legg parell with your head. ( this works your shoulder , upper,and middle back muscles)
