Ht. 5 3, Wt. 145 - today was a good day it is now 9:23 and i am hoping i can resit food until tommarow i excersied twice today once at home and the next at the gym. i hope i can keep this up and hopefully get to my goal weight of 135lbs and keep my self in tip top condtion so i dont end up like one of my class mates who is constantly picked on by other students.

i do eat trust me i eat loads i havent changed that one bit i just get more fruit and veggies in there

if your not eating then 2 things will happen...
1- you'll faint due to hunger or feel tremendously sick to your stomache and u'll feel dizzy.
2- all the weight you've lost you'll gain back once you eat.
10 pounds is truely no biggy! do it heathly! you'll keep it off and its much better for your body..
